Please be informed that forms related to
Online Registration, Visa Issue Requirements, Hotel Accommodation, Flight
Information and Post Conference Tour are available on ARMS5 website at
(www.irsrm.net).
To speed up your participation processing
please follow the steps:
Step 1. Go to www.arms5.org
Step 2. Fill out Online Registration Form.
Step 3. Chose Travel & Accommodation
Menu and then select Visa Requirements Sub-menu and Check your visa status
at Visa process follow up; if your name is not available or your visa
status is "Document is Incomplete" go to Step 4. (Reference
no. can be obtained from the above mentioned list as soon as it is issued)
Step 4. Chose Travel & Accommodation
Menu and select Visa Requirements Sub-menu and fill out the Form.
Step 5. Chose Travel & Accommodation
Menu and select Hotel Accommodation Sub-menu and fill out the Form.
Step 6. After booking your Airline ticket
please make it sure to fill out the Flight Information/Schedule, in order
to enable us to receive you at Imam Khomeini International Airport, Tehran.
Step 7. Chose Travel & Accommodation
Menu and select Post Conference Tour Sub-menu and fill out the Form.
