ARMA-DGS-SEG International Geomechanics Symposium

The American Rock Mechanics Association (ARMA), Dhahran Geoscience Society (DGS), and Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) are pleased to announce that the 2020 ARMA-DGS-SEG International Geomechanics Symposium <https://cts.vresp.com/c/?AmericanRockMechanic/cb233c5e43/75f99ff41e/09832e2bde> will be held virtually on 3-5 November 2020.

The virtual symposium will feature top-rated keynotes and technical presentations on In-situ Stresses, Rock, and Natural Fractures (Nov 3rd ), Drilling and Fracturing (Nov 4th ), and Field Cases and Artificial Intelligence (Nov 5th ). The technical program features:

* 31 world-class presentations from 10 countries: U.S., Canada, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, China, UK, France, Poland, Switzerland.

* 4 keynotes and 27 top-rated technical talks selected from 82 abstracts. The keynotes are from Profs. Mark Zoback of Stanford University, John McLennan of University of Utah, Herbert Einstein of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Mukul Sharma of The University of Texas at Austin.

* 35 international organizations are represented by the participants, including 9 operators, 12 technology providers, and 14 universities and research institutes.
